Submission Guides

The quality and accuracy of your digital files are an important factor in achieving trouble-free press runs.

We accept all kinds of artwork but we do prefer print ready PDF, here are some guidelines for submitting artwork.

Please do not alter our templates in anyway and keep the guides on separate layers or as overprinting spot colours with your artwork centred in the layout.

Do not use the guide colours for any artwork elements, guides are removed for print and you could lose something important.

All halftone images should be over 300dpi.

All fonts must be embedded even if they do not appear inside the trim.

It is important that there are no RGB or LAB colours in the artwork and all Spot colours should be mapped properly.

Please try and keep any text or logo's as far away from the trim as possible 3mm is a good type safety area.

We would prefer that all transparent objects are flattened before submitting PDF's.

If you are a new customer please request a new FTP account from your CS representative, we do not accept artwork on email.

We can fix most errors with supplied PDF artwork but any intervention will incur cost charged on an hourly rate.

Native artwork is also priced on an hourly rate.

Proofs must be signed off for any work carried out by our prepress department.

If you require a new product a white sample must be signed off before any tooling is ordered.
